Question: Do I pay a deposit?

Answer: Yes. The secure deposit is equivalent to a two week hire of the goods and will be refunded in full when the equipment is returned undamaged.


 

Question: When do I pay for my order?

Answer: A deposit or full payment upon receipt of the order by cash, cheque or paypall. Payment on collection can be arranged, please enquire when reserving your equipment.

 

Question: What if the I have a minor bump in the car whilst using your car seat(s)?

Answer: Child and baby safety is always our top priority. We always ask that you let us know should this happen so we may scrap/recycle the seat(s) involved. This situation would NOT affect your deposit as it is so important that we are made aware. We would look to replace the seat for the rest of your hire period free of charge to keep your child safe also.


 

Question: Where can I hire baby equipment outside of Perthshire, Tayside, Stirlingshire, Fife and Angus?

Answer: We can arrange delivery and collection outside of our core area. However if you prefer to deal with a company closer to home or your holiday destination The Baby Equipment Hirers Association and a list of members can be found at www.beha.co.uk
